Leadership Development for Women - Curriculum

The Leadership for Women in Sales program focuses on three areas: delivering results, organizational dynamics and and leadership competence. Additional key areas focus on communicating with multiple audiences and learning from the best practices of sales organizations. Participants consider three key areas within the larger framework of Kouzes and Posner's five learnable practices of leadership:
- Challenging the Process
- Inspiring a Shared Vision
- Enabling Others to Act
- Modeling the Way
- Encouraging the Heart
