The Women’s Sales Leaders cohort program brings together a group that works together one evening per month for eight months to enhance leadership skills and act strategically to drive results. The program begins with a one-day intensive workshop that inspires discussion and exploration of authentic leadership, challenges and strengths.
Program components combine skill-building sessions, group discussion, coaching, reflection and experience-based assignments. Facilitators and expert speakers are leading women from the business community as well as instructors from St. Catherine University.
Each participant creates a strategic leadership development plan outlining her professional and personal goals. Plans are reviewed via one-on-one coaching consultations.
Participants learn to:
- Navigate organizational power bases and build critical networks
- Build consensus, teams and trust
- Develop risk-taking strategies
- Lead organizational change
Participants receive either a certificate of advanced leadership studies or three graduate credits from St. Catherine University’s Master of Arts in
Organizational Leadership program.
