The St. Catherine Forum on Women in Leadership is the oldest and most respected speakers' forum for women in the region. Since beginning in 1992, the Forum has presented a series of women speakers each year to support the ongoing mission and goals of the college: to teach leadership skills, examine values and advance the full empowerment of women.

For the past fifteen years, the Forum has brought internationally renowned women to the Twin Cities to inspire audiences with their perspectives as leaders in finance, politics, government and the arts. Distinguished women such as Coretta Scott King, Molly Ivans, Sherron Watkins, Jackie Joyner Kersee, Mavis Leno and Alice Walker have motivated women and men alike with the scope of their achievements, the depth of their wisdom and their courage to work for positive change.
