Kathleen has spent 27 years in public service as a state legislator, trial judge and member of the Minnesota Supreme Court. She was appointed Chief Justice in 1998 and served eight years in that position before retiring in January of this year. This past spring she was a Jurist in Residence at William Mitchell College of Law.
