Leaders of the New Millennium provides the necessary tools and support system to assist high potential women in successfully managing their careers. Participants of the program are part of a learning network of 20 women who meet throughout the year. Facilitated by a Leadership Institute faculty, this program combines skill-building learning sessions, group discussion, career coaching, and personal writing.

Leadership Model: The program draws its curriculum from the leadership model as described in “The Leadership Challenge,” by James Kouzes and Barry Posner (San Francisco: Jossey-Bass Publishers, 3rd edition, July 25, 2003).
