Global Search for Justice Course Description
Global Search for Justice is a seminar designed for juniors or seniors. Its general focus is an in-depth examination of the conditions of justice experienced by a people or peoples outside of dominant European/North American culture. Several versions of Global Search for Justice will be offered each semester, each one focusing on a different problem of justice or geographical region of the world. Recent sections have been Latin America, The Immigrant Experience, Environmental Justice, Women and Work, Women's Health Issues, Dismantling Racism, and Voices of Dissent.
Must be a Junior or Senior
Prerequisite: CORE 1000 (formally listed as CORE100W): The Reflective Woman
