Mission Statement
The mission of the Education Department is to educate teacher candidates to lead ethically and effectively by fostering transformative teaching and learning practices that promote social justice.

The department strives to develop students to become teachers as educational leaders.

Education Department Office
The Education Office is located in Mendel Hall, Room 201. Departmental mailboxes for faculty are housed there. A bulletin board outside the office displays official notices.
