Overview
The Master of Arts in Holistic Health Studies (MAHS) is an innovative graduate program that invites you to explore the evolving holistic model of health and healing. Study the philosophy, science and art of holistic healing. The MAHS program evolved from 20 years of educational experience with our professional Certificate in Holistic Health Studies at St. Catherine's.

The MAHS program is multidisciplinary and focuses on health and healing in its broadest sense as we seek to apply holistic philosophy to the full range of human experience. We acknowledge that health is more than an individual response by examining social and environmental conditions that contribute to health and disease. At the heart of the program is the belief that ongoing opportunities for personal empowerment and spiritual transformation prepare us to engage in living the challenges of the 21st century and cooperating with the cultural, societal evolution of our time.

The MAHS program is multidisciplinary and focuses on health and healing in its broadest sense as we seek to apply holistic philosophy to the full range of human experience.

  • Emotions and thoughts
