For healthcare managers or those who want to expand their healthcare careers to take a leadership role, the MAOL in healthcare leadership equips students to respond in this challenging environment. Through course work in leadership and healthcare management, students collaborate with others from various backgrounds to prepare for cross-functional, interorganizational and interagency situations typically facing today’s healthcare leaders.
