Emerging Sales Leaders

Track #2 Emerging Leaders

The Emerging Leaders track provides the tools and support system to assist high potential women to successfully manage their careers. Participants are part of a cohort of 20 who meet throughout the year. Facilitated by Center for Sales Innovation faculty, this program combines skill-building learning sessions, group discussion, individual career coaching and self reflection. Individuals receive experiential assignments that extend learning outside the classroom.

This nine-month program is designed for women sales professionals seeking to build solid foundations for their futures. Based on the St. Paul campus, the program brings attendees together to work with seasoned instructors in month cross-industry sessions. The results: a wealth of ideas and solutions that participants can put to work immediately.

Participants learn to:

  • Create leadership plans
  • Understand organizational politics
  • Build consensus, teams, and trust
  • Develop smart risk-taking strategies
  • Lead organizational change.
