About Us - Honors Program Perks and Student Recognition

  • There are opportunities to attend cultural events and participate in social activities sponsored by the Honors Program.
  • In HPSO, the Honors Program Student Organization, students may take on leadership roles.
  • Partial ticket reimbursement for cultural events as budget permits.
  • Senior Honors Project tuition credit once student has earned 130 credits.
  • Honors Program students in good standing are given permission to register for all classes on the first day of registration.
  • Those who have completed all requirements of the Program are recognized as Antonian Scholars at the spring Honors and Awards Ceremony.
  • In recognition of an outstanding Senior Honors Project, a cash award may be given at the spring Honors and Awards Ceremony.
  • Those who have completed all requirements of the Program are recognized in the Commencement program together with the title of their Senior Honors Project.
  • Those who have completed all requirements of the Program are given a special white cord to wear at graduation.
  • Those who complete the program have the designation 'HONORS PROGRAM COMPLETED' on their transcript, with special notation of honors seminars, and contract and senior project titles included.
  • Those who complete the program are awarded a special diploma indicating their completion of the Honors Program with the words '"Antonian Scholar."
