The capacity is 75 adults and 200 girls. Once the limit is reached, we will put your name on a waiting list for any cancellations.
If your payment (check) is not received within 10 days of your registration, we will not hold your reservation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, please notify us immediately by email at cwst@stkate.edu.
- For an entire group cancellation, please notify us before February 27, 2009 and you will receive a 100% refund of your money.
- We cannot accept an individual participant cancellation. Please fill the space with a similar person (adult or girl, depending on who cancels).
- The final day to cancel your registration is before March 6, 2009. At this time, your payment is non-refundable.
