Theology
The Theology Department at the College of St. Catherine serves the Catholic tradition and larger community by providing academic training in theology and spirituality. The Church's theological tradition is to dialogue with those of other Christian churches and traditions. Students from other Christian churches and religious traditions feel respected and heard. All theology comes out of the living faith of individuals and communities. Engendering sound thinkers is our immediate purpose in the classroom, the ultimate purpose of theology is soul making.
