The Archibald Bush Foundation Diversity and Democracy Grant at the College of St. Catherine exists to support a variety of diversity initiatives. Applications for funding should address at least one of the following aspects of diversity:

1. Complexities of racial/ethnic diversity, including issues of domestic identity vs. global/international diversity

2. Social class diversity

3. First generation college student status

4. The intersection of race/ethnicity, nationality, gender, social class, and first generation college student status
