How to Get Your CEUs

How do I know if a program is offering CEUs?

If an event is offering CEUs, the event sponsor will advertise this fact; additionally, there will be a CEU sign-up sheet at the event. Please contact the event sponsor to learn if it will be offering CEUs.

How do I get my CEUs?

Sign up for CEUs at the event. Within one week of attending the event and signing up for credit, you will receive an e-mail with a link to an online registration form. You must register online in order to get a CEU transcript. You will be asked for your social security number or St. Catherine University ID number to prevent duplicate records.

How much does it cost?

There is a $20 fee per person per CEU. Included in this fee is the price of one CEU transcript which we will mail to you. We accept the following forms of payment:

• Cash or check is accepted at the event
• Check or credit card is accepted at the time of registration

Additional transcripts can be obtained from the Office of the Registrar at an additional cost.

How do I prove that I received CEUs from St. Catherine University?

After you register online to receive CEUs, you will receive an official CEU transcript in the mail. The credit you earn will remain in a permanent St. Catherine record, so you can receive a new transcript at any time.

How do I know if my CEUs will be accepted?

CEUs awarded by St. Catherine University are generic continuing education units, which may or may not apply to specific CEU requirements of some professional organizations. CEUs are not academic credit. Contact the organization requiring CEUs to find out if they will accept St. Catherine University CEUs.
