Minnesota Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity (SEED)St. Catherine University graduate credit to participants in Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity (SEED) workshops. SEED provides educational opportunities for teachers to learn about multicultural pedagogy and curriculum, and to plan strategies to bring about institutional change. Teachers, upon returning to their local schools, work with their colleagues to make making school curricula gender-fair and multicultural. Participants read or view resources relating to gender, race and class relations, and then discuss the implications for the school setting.
*Note: For the 2013 - 2014 school year, all SEED registrations must be complete and paid for by May 15, 2014. Registration will be open in September. There will be no exceptions.
