Making an Appointment

Call (651) 690-6714 to make an appointment. You may leave a message on our voice mail 24 hours a day. If you have received our voicemail during business hours, we are either away from the phone or helping another patient. Please either call back in a few minutes or leave a message.

Appointment Policy

If a student cannot make an appointment, she/he must call to cancel or reschedule the appointment. The appointment slot may be used by other students. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.
