Nancy was born to cultivate entrepreneurial leadership through education and mentoring (role modeling), program and department development, and other activities that evolve the leadership in our country.

Her official entrepreneurial work began when she founded WeMentor, inc. in 1992, a professional mentoring organization to help emerging to experienced entrepreneurs and business owners grow themselves while they take their ventures through an amazing process of maturation by working with them individually and in small mentoring group environments. She has worked with thousands of entrepreneurs and would like to work with you too.

Nancy explores concepts, strategies and techniques that facilitate the creation and publication of new educational tools such as books, CDs and DVDs. She is instrumental in creating processes that:

• Achieve greater entrepreneurial leadership and mentoring results
• Generate a deeper understanding of oneself and how one contributes to society
• Create a connection to innovative activities that enhance the greater good of
