Keith Halleland is a founder and shareholder of Halleland Lewis Nilan & Johnson, where he co-chairs the health law practice, and is a founder of the firm's affiliated consulting company, Halleland Health Consulting. Keith focuses his practice in the areas of regulatory compliance, business transactions and healthcare policy. He serves as general counsel for the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), as well as the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE).
