St. Catherine's Leadership Institute offers a wide variety of programs to help you become an effective, ethical and influential leader. Our participants, reflecting diverse backgrounds and perspectives, share an interest in ethical leadership that has a positive, lasting impact on people, organizations and communities.

Professional development programs

Programs are designed for professionals from corporate, small business, government, education and nonprofit settings. They include:

• Leaders of the New Millennium — A network for emerging leaders focusing on skill-building, group discussion, career coaching and personal writing.

• St. Catherine Forum on Women in Leadership — A speaker series focusing on the empowerment of women.
  
  
• The Leadership Challenge — A day-long conference that brings together national and local women leaders.
  
  
• Power & Possibilities — A leadership conference for women of color.
  
  
• Leadership Insights — An ongoing speaker series featuring local women authors, followed by Strictly Social, a low-key social networking event.

• Leaders of the New Millennium : Level Two — A two-day overnight retreat designed for alumnae of Leaders of the New Millennium.
