Donna DiMenna
Donna DiMenna, Psy.D, LP is currently the Chief HR Officer at Taylor Corporation. She is responsible for the strategies related to talent management, engagement, leadership development, compliance, compensation/benefits, and talent acquisition across Taylor’s 90+ companies. Prior to her two years at Taylor, she was the General Manager for the Minneapolis flagship office for PDI, a global organizational management consulting firm. The 15 years prior to working in corporate environments, she worked a psychologist in private practice in the twin cities.
