Amy Batiste is an Assistant Professor in the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program at St. Catherine University. She is an organization development strategist, meeting facilitator, visual practitioner, and learning designer partnering with leaders and groups to identify, build, and implement organization effectiveness and learning strategies and strategic initiatives. Known for her unique blend of strategic and creative capabilities, Amy creates interactive experiences, group processes and visual tools that support strategic thinking, learning and planning.
