Account Deletion Information
As stated in the Computing Policies in the LeGuide, only currently enrolled students are entitled to a university computer account.
Graduating students are not guaranteed access to e-mail or any other part of their university computer account after the last day of the current term. Students who do not register for the current or upcoming term are also not guaranteed access to e-mail or their university computer account.
Due to the account management process, your computer account may be available for a limited period of time after the last day of the current term. Students may use their e-mail during this time, but are not guaranteed access for any length of time. When your account is deactivated, it will not be reactivated, unless you re-enroll for classes.
Also, the university is unable to forward your university e-mail account to another e-mail address.
