After 4:30 and on weekends, students on campus may call 651-690-8700 during regular library hours for assistance from Student Consultants.
For network emergencies after hours, call 612-868-8721.
Please use this number for network emergencies only:
- If KateWay or CSC Web page is not functioning;
- Lotus Notes cannot be accessed by anyone anywhere on campus; or if
- Banner or CARS Administrative software will not allow logons.
