Services and Resources
MIPS provides university-wide educational support on diversity issues and co-sponsors university-wide events. We also provide cultural, educational, and social programming on and off campus in supporting and assisting students.
We provide:
- Advising, advocacy, and referrals for financial, academic and personal matters
- Academic support via optional mid-semester reports
- Leadership and involvement opportunities in student clubs and organizations
- Student program assistant positions available in the office
- Problem solving and crisis intervention
- Informational updates on events, job, internships, and programs (please check out the Resources and Links menu option)
- Assistance with immigration questions and cultural adjustment
