St. Kate's Grant Institute
In April 2011, ORSP conducted a Grant Institute survey which was distributed electronically. A total of 99 faculty and staff members responded, yielding a response rate of 17%. Of those who responded, 58% indicated that they would not attend a Grant Institute in June, 2011. Based on this input and considering this summer's transitional space needs, we are postponing the Grant Institute to January 2012. Survey respondents across schools and colleges indicated that January and June are the best times to hold future Grant Institutes.
We are currently cross tabulating other items within the survey in an attempt to better address the needs of specific schools, colleges, and/or departments.
