It is a privilege to welcome you to St. Catherine University and offer you our best wishes for a successful and enriching experience in the coming academic years! Starting college will bring big changes to your life, and the St. Kate’s Orientation program is designed to prepare you for them.

We encourage you to take full advantage of the many opportunities for intellectual and personal growth that the campus offers, beginning with the Orientation program.

What happens at Orientation? You'll meet many interesting people, have a lot of fun, and be introduced to important information.

We hope that our community will challenge and support you in reaching your goals. As you prepare to enter St. Kate’s you will face many decisions related to your future. With that in mind, we invite you to attend Orientation to better prepare for the exciting time of learning and growth that lies ahead.

Please use the Orientation events as opportunities to inquire and to meet people. We extend you a very warm welcome to the St. Kate’s community and look forward to meeting you soon at Orientation 2009!

First year and transfer students will be discussing selected readings from The Reflective Woman Reader with their instructor during orientation. First year students have three readings and transfer students have two readings.
