Publicizing and Event

There are many ways to get the word out
about your event on campus.

Just download the information in the Publicity Options and Reservation Form to get going!

Read more about your options here:

Atrium Tables - Reserve a table in the Coeur de Catherine Atrium through the Student Center and Activities Office. Tabling is a great way to hand out buttons, stickers, fliers, and candy. It’s also the perfect way to get the word out, especially during the free period on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Banners - Chartered Clubs and Organizations can have a banner up in the Coeur de Catherine for one week. Banners can be made in the Student Organization Center using the banner paper and die cuts.
Buttons - Making buttons is fun! Come up with your own design (3 in. diameter) and make copies of your design.
Posters - Have an 8 ½ x 11 you’d like to turn into a poster? Great.
Table Tents - Table Tents in the Dining Room and The Pulse are a great way to get the word out. Get your information out there and people will be eating AND learning about your fun event.
Display Case - A display case in the Coeur de Catherine Atrium is another fantastic publicity method. A really unique display case can grab everybody’s eye as they pass through the building.
Floor Windows - Grab the attention of all of the people coming in and out of the Coeur de Catherine. Put your poster in a Floor Window and soon everyone will know about your event.
Fliers - If you have a flier that you would like posted on the bulletin boards in the Coeur de Catherine, drop off six fliers at the Coeur de Catherine Information Center and the Building Manager will post five and keep one in the events binder in the Information Center. Note: All fliers MUST include contact information or they will not be posted.
