Immunization Deadline Dates and Holds
All students are required to complete their Student Immunization Record and return it to the Student Compliance Office at St. Catherine University. Failure to submit this information by the deadline date will result in an immunization hold (IM) on your student account making it impossible for you to register for the upcoming semester/trimester and receive an official transcript. In addition to an immunization hold, a late fee may also be assessed to your student account.

You must provide your immunization information the first term you are on-campus.

CPR Information
St. Catherine University, Minneapolis Campus will be hosting American Heart Association Health Care Provider Courses on:
Saturday, July 25, 2009 from 9:00am-3:30pm
Wednesdays, August 12 and August 19, 2009 from 6:00-9:00 pm. (You must attend both sessions for certification)
Payment of $75 (cash or check) is required at the time of registration. Sign up in the Student Compliance Office (210 Old Main, Minneapolis Campus). Due to limited space and the needs of other students, once you register and pay for a CPR class, there will be no refunds. The only acceptable reason for consideration of a refund is a note from your physician.
The next time CPR classes will be offered on campus is January of 2010. The CPR classes are only open to registered students at St. Catherine University.
Background Check Information
All students registered in healthcare programs requiring direct patient contact clinical experiences are required to complete a background check annually.
Obtaining Immunization Information or Background Check Clearances
All information submitted to St. Catherine University becomes part of your permanent file and cannot be returned to you. It is your responsibility to keep of copy of all documents submitted. Paper copies of immunization records are only kept for ONE year after the last date of attendance. Newer technology allow us to have electronic records of dates, however, immunization information may not be available if it was submitted prior to 2001.
If you need to obtain a copy from the Student Compliance Office, you will be required to complete the Health Information Release Authorization Form (click on the Printable Forms link above). Return the completed form along with a check payable to St. Catherine University for $5.00 for a print out of your immunization dates, or $3.00 for a copy of your current background check clearance.
