Diploma Choices

• The College of St. Catherine became St. Catherine University on June 1, 2009.
• All students who graduate in December 2009 or later will receive the standard St. Catherine University diploma.
• Students who graduate December 2009 through December 2010 may select the non-standard College of St. Catherine diploma with "St. Catherine University, as of June 1, 2009" under the institution's name.. Students will be charged $50 for the non-standard diploma.

To request the non-standard diploma, send an email from your University e-mail account to: registrar@stkate.edu. Your request must be sent via your University e-mail account to be considered.

Write “Non-standard diploma order” in the Subject line of the e-=mail. In the body of the email, include your planned degree (M.A., B.S., B.A., A.S., DPT, etc.), planned graduation date, and how you want your name to appear on the diploma.

For students graduating in December 2009, the e-mail to request a non-standard diploma must be received by the Registrar by Nov. 13.

Required payment

A $50 charge will be added to your student account upon receipt of the e-mail. You will receive both the standard and non-standard diplomas upon graduation.

Your diploma and final transcript will be held until all degree requirements and financial obligations to the University have been met.
