Minneapolis Campus Office of the Registrar
Student services provided by the Minneapolis Office of the Registrar include:
 registration and change of registration (drop/add)
 course scheduling
 grade reports and grade transcripts
 graduation processing/diplomas
 transfer credit evaluation
 veteran concerns
 verification of attendance and/or student status for loans and insurance
 room scheduling
 change of address/name
 student petitions
 commuter student mailbox assignments
 notary public
Lockers are available to commuter students for storing books, coats, boots, etc. Lockers are especially handy during the winter months. Because of the limited number of lockers available and to reduce the rental cost, commuter students are strongly encouraged to share a locker with someone. Lockers are located on first floor Old Main and on third, fifth and eighth floors, Education Building.
St Paul Campus Office of the Registrar
The St Paul Office of the Registrar provides the following student services:
 course registration information and ACTC joint class schedules
 registration and change of registration (drop/add)
 undergraduate day student final exam schedule
 grade reports and transcripts
 graduation processing/diplomas
 transfer credit evaluation
 veteran concerns
 verification of attendance and/or student status for loans and insurance
 change of address/name
 student petitions
 pick up/drop off of all college forms
 notary public services
