Weekend Schedule
Class Format
Typically, a four-credit course is scheduled during one of the following time blocks:
Friday (6-9:30 p.m.)
Saturday (8:30 a.m.-noon
or 1-4:30 p.m.)
Sunday (8:30 a.m.-noon
or 1-4:30 p.m.)
Some courses that demand extra in-class time will extend beyond the usual time block or meet every weekend. This information is noted in the course schedules. There are also occasional courses offered on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Weekend College students also may register for courses in the University's semester evening schedule. The course schedule will be available online through the Office of the Registrar. Weekend College students are not eligible to register for Day semester courses, except in extenuating circumstances approved by the Registrar or Weekend College academic advisor.
An assignment will be due on or before the first class session. New students will learn how to access syllabi online at registration. Syllabi are usually available 2-3 weeks prior to the start of classes. Consult with the bookstore for textbook availability.
