Financial Aid Information

Dear Parents & Families:

We hope your daughter had a successful semester at St. Kate’s and is making plans to continue her education with us next year. In addition to the important academic decisions she's making, she also needs to apply for financial aid for the 2008-2009 school year if she has not done so already.

Students must apply for financial aid each year. The priority deadline for applying for the 2008-09 academic year is April 15, 2008.

The 2008-2009 FAFSA Renewal Application on the web is faster and easier to complete since you and your daughter will only need to update the information that has changed during 2007. You can find the 2008-2009 Renewal FAFSA or the standard 2008-2009 FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov along with instructions on how to request a duplicate PIN if forgotten and a link to the PIN web site.

NOTE: If you and/or your daughter anticipate a significant change to her FAFSA information from the previous year (i.e. marital status or family size), you should contact the financial aid office before completing a 2008-2009 financial aid application to determine how her aid eligibility may be affected.

Please help your daughter submit the 2008-2009 FAFSA, the 2008-09 CSC Financial Aid Application, and any other requested materials, such as federal tax returns and W-2 forms, to ensure the smooth processing of her application. Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received.
