Activity:
On the first one, entitled "Professional Development Planning - Step
#1", write the two or three categories you would like to use for
your plan across the top of the chart. Once you have done this, start

If you are stumped for where to begin with
technical skills related areas, perhaps you need to put in the HAVE TO
DO square "Get a skills assessment done." This might be a formal
diagnostic assessment, self-analysis with a videotaped sample of your
work, peer reviews, or contacting an agency (state, profit, non-profit)
to see if a qualified staff person can do an assessment.
