Elizabeth Otto brings a pragmatic approach to teaching and applying communication skills. Before becoming a college professor, Elizabeth worked as a communication specialist for a multi-national corporation, a freelance communication consultant, and an advertising copywriter. Her emphasis in the classroom is on how to use an enhanced understanding of communication to improve quality of life in the workplace and in personal contexts.
