Deb Anderson and I co-lead (Coached) the ADP faculty in Boot Camp to retro fit their current curriculum with future focused competencies, drafted new policies for admission & progression and infused active learning pedagogies into the curriculum.

Moore Fellowship faculty development work. Offered programming to develop creative active learning strategies in nursing faculty. Sponsored faculty circles for new and not so new faculty. Each August, January and May offer a faculty development session as part of the Nursing Departmental Meeting. A goal for 2012 is to have a majority of the pre-licensure faculty CNE certified; will offer a Moore sponsored CNE workshop May 23,2012, and fund the CNE exam for faculty June thru Sept 2012.
