Request for Residence Hall Accommodation
It is our goal to ensure all students are provided the opportunity to participate fully in the residential experience at St. Catherine University. Students requesting residence hall accommodations for a specific medical condition or disability, will work with the Access Consultants in the Resources for Disabilities Office. Documentation in support of the requested accommodations for disabilities should be first directed to the Resources for Disabilities Office in the O'Neil Center at St. Kate's. The Access Consultants will then partner with Residence Life to find the best housing solutions for each student.
The Process
Please have your medical provider complete the
Request for Residence Hall Accommodation Form and return it to Residence Life by April 5 for current students and May 15 for new students.
Completed forms must be submitted on provider's official letterhead. Please send your form to the following office:
If you are a current student and you already have a Request for Residence Hall Accommodation Form on file with the Residence Life Office, you do not need to complete another form for 2013-14 housing, unless your needs have changed. Current students whose requests have been approved will be contacted in March and early April to select specific accommodations before general room selection.
