Closing 2008

The residence halls and apartments will officially close for the 2007-08 academic year at 6:00 pm on Friday, May 16. All residents must check out of their rooms by that time or within 24 hours after their last final, whichever comes first.

If you are not living on-campus this summer, please stop by your RA/AA's room to sign up for a check-out slot.

Monday, May 5

Loft Return
Stanton and Crandall 10-Noon

Apartment residents should return their loft to Crandall Hall.

Deadline to submit Late Stay Forms
Forms received after May 5th may not be honored.

Tuesday, May 6

Summer Resident Check-Out Sign Up Posted in ResLife Office
If you are staying on campus this summer you will transition into your new summer space on Thursday, May 22. You will need to sign up for a check-out time in the residence life office between May 6-12.

St. Vincent de Paul Donation Program Begins!
Give your unwanted items to St. Vincent de Paul. They will accept hard goods, clothing, and nonperishable food. They cannot accept text books or broken appliances.

Storage Open 7-8PM (Monday-Thursday)
If you are living on-campus next fall you may store items in your fall building. Storage is available on a first-come-first-served basis and is limited. All items must be boxed and labeled with a Storage Tag. Storage is not available in Alberta or Georgia Apartments.
