Early Arrival Request
Requests to move on campus earlier than Sept 6 for college-related business must be sent in writing by a supervisor, coach or other University employee by August 4. We cannot accommodate early arrivals prior to August 30. A $15 per night charge may apply. Please have your supervisor, coach or other University employee making the request include your cell phone number so our staff may contact you.
