Residence Life

Living On Campus

While you live on campus you'll have access to convenient services and amenities. All of these services are included at no additional cost.

Cable Television
Each living area has cable-ready access. You provide the television and cable cord.

Computer Labs
The computer labs are available in each residence hall and apartment building. Computer labs have network printers allowing students to send print jobs to the printers from their personal computers from anywhere in the building.

Duty Staff - On Call Resident Advisors
After business hours and on weekends, there are designated Resident Advisors who are on-call and reachable through cell phone. These staff members respond to lock-outs, facilities concerns and crises. Additionally, there is a professional University staff member on-call for the residence halls 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Washers and dryers are available in each building. Laundry costs are folded into your housing fees, so don't worry about searching those couch cushions for quarters.

Each resident student is assigned a campus mailbox. St. Paul resident mailboxes are located on the second floor of Coeur de Catherine. Minneapolis boxes are located outside the reception office on the second floor of Old Mail. Mail addressed to students living in the residence halls should include the following:

St. Paul
Name and Box #
2004 Randolph Avenue
St. Paul, MN 55105

601 25th Ave South
Minneapolis, MN 55454

If you live in the Alberta or Georgia Apartments, you may use the mail box designated for your apartment, located in the foyer of each building. On-campus mail for apartment residents will be delivered to your Coeur de Catherine mailbox.

Alberta Apartments

Reception Desks
There are four reception desks on campus in Caecilian, Rauenhorst/Morrison, Stanton, and St. Mary Hall. Resident students may use any desk to check-out games, purchase stamps, and more!

Trash and Recycling
Each room is equipped with a trash can and recycling bin.

After you receive your housing assignment we encourage you to access the Residence Life internal website in Kateway. There you can view more specific descriptions of amenities and services in your building.
