Student Parents
The St. Kate's housing program for student-parents strives to support mothers while they study at the College as well children as they learn and grow and is available in the Alberta Apartments. There are 3 apartment styles: one bedroom/one bath, two bedrooms/one bath, and two bedrooms/two baths.
Housing charges include heat, water, electricity, local phone service, voice mail, basic cable, internet access, air conditioning and furniture. All apartments include beds, desks, living room furniture and a kitchen table and chairs. The Alberta Apartments also have two live-in apartment advisors who serve as resources to student residents and plan programming for the building.
How to Apply
Student parents who currently live on campus:
(1) Complete the
2008-2009 Student Parent Housing & Dining Agreement by March 31
(2) Complete and submit a
Same Space & Roommate Pull-In Form by April 8 to retain your current space
(3) If you would like to move to a different apartment within your current building, attend the"Move Within Current Building" at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15 in the Residence Life Office, CDC 450

Proposed Student Parent/Married Student Housing Rates, 2008–2009
Rates are based on number of St. Kate's students occupying an apartment, not the number of residents. All utilities are included. Rent is billed to your student account once per semester.
