Student Parents & Married Students
The St. Kate's housing program for student-parents strives to support mothers while they study at the University as well children as they learn and grow and is available in the Alberta Apartments. Housing for married students is also available. There are 3 apartment styles: one bedroom/one bath, two bedrooms/one bath, and two bedrooms/two baths.
Housing charges include heat, water, electricity, local phone service, voice mail, basic cable, internet access, air conditioning and furniture. All apartments include beds, desks, living room furniture and a kitchen table and chairs. The Alberta Apartments also have two live-in apartment advisors who serve as resources to student residents and plan programming for the building.
How to Apply
Student parents who currently live on campus:
(1) Complete the on-line 2009-2010 Housing & Dining Agreement by March 31. Get started by clicking 'My Housing'.
(2) Contact Betty-Ann, Assignments Coordinator, at x6054 to either retain your same apartment or to change apartments.

Student Parent & Married Student Housing Wait List Form. You will then be contacted by the Residence Life staff with information about your location on the Wait List and apartment availability.

Proposed Student Parent/Married Student Housing Rates, 2009–201099
Rates are based on number of St. Kate's students occupying an apartment, not the number of residents. All utilities are included. Rent is billed to your student account once per semester.
