Whitby Hall is more than just a residence hall — in addition to slightly over 100 students, Whitby houses the English, Spanish, French, nursing, history and theology departments, as well as faculty offices — meaning going to class could be as simple as going down a flight of stairs.
The top two floors of the building are used for student housing. Each room has large windows with great views of the campus and the Minneapolis skyline, beautiful woodwork and high ceilings. Each floor has a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms and lounges with computers and TVs.
The third floor of Whitby is home to the French/Spanish learning community.

Whitby is located in the northwest region of campus, close to academic buildings and Coeur de Catherine.
