A collaboration between St. Paul Public Libraries and the College of St. Catherine, the program combines coursework, mentorships, and hands-on work experience in community libraries.

The Program enriches the lives of our students, instructors and mentors, and enriches our public libraries. The Institute for Museum and Library Services sponsors the Urban Library Program.
