Rachel Wilson-Stucke, OTR/L, is the Academic Fieldwork Coordinator for the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program on the Minneapolis campus, joining the faculty in 2009. She received her BS in occupational therapy from the University of North Dakota in 1997.
In addition to coordinating the Level II Fieldwork in the OTA Program, Rachel also teaches the introductory class and a lab class that includes client support skills needed for various interventions.
Rachel has practiced as an occupational therapist in a variety of adult physical disabilities settings including acute care, acute rehabilitation and outpatient. She has also worked in home care, long term care and transitional care. Over the years, she has been active in the development and implementation of stroke programs including peer visitors and a support group for stroke survivors and their caregivers.
She is an active MOTA member as well as an AOTA member. Her areas of professional interest include adult rehabilitation, especially stroke and brain injury.
